receive the special prices. Order by part # P14069 @ $65.00,
# P14068 @ $70.00, P13866 @ $89.00 or P13872 @ $91.00.
Accessories: Replacement ear pads, USB cords for the
headsets, windscreens, etc...are available for these products.

Shipping: We ship from Florida UPS Ground for a flat fee
of $9.95 in the domestic US only for 1 complete set up. Additional
units may increase the shipping costs. If you purchase the
single Galaxy headset we reserve the right to ship via United States
Postal Service for the cost of $5.50. If you prefer expedited shipping such as 3 day, 2
day or overnight, please call 800-399-3224 to place your order and
to obtain the additional shipping cost. The customer is responsible
for all shipping charges on any packages that are refused or
returned.
Tax: Florida customers will be charged the applicable
sales tax.
DOA: We will replace a unit if it becomes defective
within the first 30 days. After 30 days your repair warranty of
14 months or 3 years will go into effective. Call Nancy at

for information on replacing a DOA
unit.
Repairs: Your equipment is warranted for either 14 months
or 3 years from the month of purchase. It is the your
responsibility to return the equipment to us for warranty repair
or replacement. We will return the equipment to you via
UPS Ground at no cost to the customer during the warranty
period. Ship repairs to: Comfort Telecommunications, Inc, 1407
SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral FL 33904. Please include your name,
contact phone number. We regret that we are unable to send out a
loaner unit while yours is being repaired.
Returns: You have 30 days to return equipment for a full
refund minus the shipping cost. Any missing paperwork or
equipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or the cost of
the missing equipment. Payments: We Accept
PayPal and most major credit cards. Questions about other
forms of payment, such as prepayment, should be referred to
support@comfortel.com.
